HiRail suspension, Repair & Railway Accounts · Winnipeg, Manitoba

Based in Winnipeg · Welcoming Canadian fleets

A Manitoba service stop for a HiRail truck that works across Canada.

A HiRail unit does not always need service near its home fleet. Arrange repair, maintenance or a supported upgrade while the truck is in Winnipeg.

Travelling fleet questions

Before the route changes.

A short conversation can establish whether the visit fits the vehicle and the job.

Can Standard HiRail work on a truck from another province?

Yes. We welcome HiRail vehicles from across Canada for supported work at our Winnipeg shop. The vehicle configuration, requested service and available schedule are confirmed first.

My crew is travelling through Winnipeg. How do we arrange service?

Call 204 943 0795 with the unit details, driver concern, expected arrival and fleet approval contact. Speak with the shop before changing the crew’s route so the service plan can be confirmed.

Do you have shops or mobile service in other provinces?

The service location is 313 Princess Street in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This page describes fleets travelling to our shop; it is not a network of provincial branches or a national roadside dispatch service.

Can a travelling HiRail truck receive an upgrade as well as a repair?

We can discuss suitable suspension upgrades, body or lighting work and approved equipment installations. Parts, vehicle access, required permissions and the time available determine the accepted work.

What should the fleet contact send before a truck arrives?

The unit number, year, make, model, VIN when available, installed equipment, reported concern and recent repair notes are useful. For installations, include the body or device specifications and the required approvals.
