When you call or email
If you contact Standard HiRail, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, telephone number, email address, business, unit details, vehicle information, photographs and repair concern. We use it to respond, assess service fit, prepare work, maintain business records and meet legal obligations.

Maps and external services
The contact page uses an OpenStreetMap street map. It loads when the map comes into view and shares normal technical request information with the OpenStreetMap tile service. Direction links open Google Maps or Waze, and referral links open the independent provider’s website. These services have their own privacy practices.

Business records are kept only for legitimate operating, warranty, accounting, legal and security purposes. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and the systems involved. No internet service can promise absolute security.
