Scope confirmed by unit

A clear diagnosis for your HiRail vehicle.

Railway fleet vehicles can arrive with an engine, transmission, driveline or electrical concern that needs a practical starting point. We review the unit and symptom, then confirm whether the diagnostic stage fits the vehicle, shop equipment and supported coverage.

Engine, transmission and drivetrain coverage varies by vehicle and concern. Diagnostic access is confirmed before acceptance, and no repair is approved until the findings and available scope are reviewed.

Concerns we can review

Start with what changed.

  • A driver reports a new warning, noise or vibration
  • Power, shifting or driveline behaviour has changed
  • A leak or visible mechanical issue has appeared
  • A previous report identifies a vehicle side fault
  • The fleet needs the next diagnostic step defined
Diagnostic coverage is confirmed first

What we can review.

  • Selected engine and transmission diagnostics
