Helpful answers

Questions about this service.

Direct answers help confirm whether the unit and requested work belong at Standard HiRail.

Can our railway account cover vehicles without railgear?

Yes. Eligible company road vehicles can be serviced under a direct railway corporate account, with the required approvals and billing arrangements agreed in advance.

Can you take on a difficult diagnosis or an engine replacement?

We can assess difficult vehicle concerns and quote supported major mechanical repairs, including engine replacement. The specific vehicle, equipment, parts and repair scope are reviewed before work is accepted.

Does the F250 alignment limit also define light vehicle inspection eligibility?

No. Alignment depends on size and equipment fit. Manitoba light vehicle inspection eligibility for a truck requires a GVWR below 4,500 kg, confirmed from the specific vehicle. Model names alone do not determine inspection eligibility.
